The Oceane room

Located on the first floor of La Marina, the Océane room offers a very large double bed (180), which can be separated into two single beds (90).
Spacious and bright, Océane also offers direct access to the garden.
You have a work space and a closet to store your personal belongings.
Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided.
We provide 1 bath sheet, 1 towel and 1 face cloth per person.

Arrival time: from 3:00 pm.
Departure time: before 11:30 am.
The entrance to La Marina is fully secured. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive by email the codes necessary to open the entrance doors and your key box.
In order to avoid any loss, we ask you, when you go out, to please leave your keys in your safe box.
The Marina regrets that it cannot accept animals.
Our rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 persons. We do not accept any additional people.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the rooms and common areas.
We accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights.
Cancellation by the customer:
- Cancellation up to and including the 21st day (3 weeks) before the arrival date* : 30% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
- cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the date of arrival*: 50% of the amount of the services directly linked to the stay will be retained
- Cancellation between the 7th and 3rd day inclusive before the arrival date*: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
- cancellation from the 3rd day and the day of arrival initially planned* in the contract or no show: no refund will be made.
*The notice period is counted from the day of arrival at 3 pm.
