Opening days and times
Many museums in Paris near Les Mureaux.
The museums and heritage sites of the City of Paris are open every day from 10am to 6pm, except Mondays and certain public holidays specified on their websites.
Specific opening times for the Catacombes de Paris and Hauteville House can be consulted on their respective websites.
Visitors are asked to make their way to the exit 15 minutes before the museum closes.
Some museums also offer nocturnes during temporary exhibitions:
Petit Palais: Fridays and Saturdays until 8pm
Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris: Thursdays until 9:30pm
Palais Galliera: Thursdays until 9pm
Rates
Access to the permanent collections of Paris museums is free of charge.
Admission to the Palais Galliera, the Catacombes de Paris, the Crypte archéologique de l'île de la Cité and Hauteville House is subject to a fee.
Access to writers' houses and artists' studios may be subject to a fee when these museums present temporary exhibitions in their entirety.
Due to high demand, we strongly advise you to book a time-stamped ticket online at the Paris Musées ticket office. Tickets may be purchased on site, subject to availability, during low-traffic periods only. Only advance booking guarantees entry to the exhibitions, including for those benefiting from discounts and free admission (including Paris Musées card members).
The Paris Musées membership card gives unlimited access to all temporary exhibitions presented in the museums of the City of Paris (except Catacombes de Paris and Crypte archéologique de l'île de la Cité).
